Basic fade in/out, plus basic titles. I know they can be done in any video editor, but if they are done in Bandicam it prevents the need to recompress on YouTube upload

I would like to use another video codec that is not included with the program. There appears to be no way to do this currently.

Add sound recording with video capture to help making video tutorials.

Adding Video Tutorial on blogs and youtube is very common these days. If you add audio recording with video capture, it will make Bandicam more useful.

record a specific program also while it is mimimized. e.g. you use Alt+Tab to switch out of the game, it should still record the game and not the desktop

Not record the edge of the 'Rectangle on Screen - target' when that rectangle is moved while recording. Recording is great if another window is moved under the rectangle.
